About Durga
I started with one business and a lot of ideas. Today, I have stakes in five across marketing, construction, waterproofing, and distribution. Each one built the same way: spot the opportunity, find the right partner, structure the deal, and stay close enough to steer.
When I decided to enter the construction chemicals market, I didn’t wait for the perfect moment. I spent six months on the ground mapping territories, understanding dealer psychology, figuring out what makes a contractor switch brands.
I built a lead engine that now generates 10+ qualified prospects daily. I pitched to institutions when I had no track record, and closed campus projects worth over a crore.
When I saw waterproofing as a gap in the market, I didn’t just start a service company I partnered with manufacturers, built a distribution network across AP and Telangana, and created a brand that contractors now ask for by name.
None of this came from a playbook. It came from showing up, figuring it out, and being willing to put skin in the game before asking anyone else to.
The lesson? The businesses that win aren’t always the ones with the best product or the deepest pockets. They’re the ones with clearer vision, stronger networks, better deal structures, and sharper direction.
